APPOINTMENTS

 

Once we receive an enquiry for a Personal Trainer we will contact you to confirm details.

We will then contact a suitable trainer and check their availablity. We then come back to you to confirm you still want to go ahead. All of this should take no longer than 24 hours.

The trainer will then be given your contact details and they will contact you to discuss and to book the first booking.

 

All payments from the client is made direct to the Trainer.

 

The Agency will contact you within a couple of weeks to ensure that you are happy with your trainer.

 

Pricing will be determined by the trainer's normal hourly rate.

 

OUR GUARANTEE

 

If you are not satisfied at any point with your trainer we promise to find you another suitable trainer.

We also provide customer care, giving you a courtesy call within your first couple of weeks to ensure you are happy with the service and with your trainer, thus giving you peace of mind.

 

We are also on hand for any fitness enquiries and if you need advice on equipment you only need to ask.
